The 4-Week Masterclass Blueprint

We bypass abstract MBA theory and focus on real business selection, pricing, cashflow, and customer acquisition tailored to Kaduna & Abuja realities.

WEEK 1

Opportunity Selection & Local Demand

Identify 3 viable micro-business ideas suited for Northern Nigerian markets. Validate customer willingness to pay before spending capital.

WEEK 2

Micro-Cashflow & Pricing 101

Learn how to budget and start with ₦50,000–₦100,000. Build a unit economics pricing model and simple daily cashflow tracker.

WEEK 3

WhatsApp & Local Customer Sales

Set up WhatsApp Business & Instagram for sales. Execute outreach scripts to secure your first 3 paid test orders.

WEEK 4

Peer Network & Graduation

Present your business plan to the cohort, join the long-term Nasr Alumni Directory, and form lasting peer accountability circles.

The Nasr Squad Model: Content Without Community Fails

Watching YouTube tutorials alone leads to analysis paralysis and fear of failure. At Nasr, you are assigned to a 5-member peer squad with daily check-ins.

5 Women Per Squad

Matched by city (Kaduna or Abuja) and business interest area.

Daily 9:00 AM Check-ins

Post daily micro-commitments in your WhatsApp squad channel.

Weekly Deliverable Review

Review each other’s financial budgets and sales pitches before submission.

Founder Feedback

Direct review and feedback from Abbati on your weekly outputs.

Led by Real Operating Experience

Hosted by Abbati—retail business operator in Kaduna with 7 years of active business experience, Mechanical Engineering background, and MBA in Finance & Investment (in view).

"Northern Nigeria doesn't lack talent or ambition; it lacks practical business execution skills, local mentorship, and accountability. Nasr is built to change that."
